HOA assessments are due on the 1st of each month. A 10‑day grace period is provided. Payments received after the 10th will incur a $25 late fee for that month.

To avoid late fees, homeowners may enroll in Click2Pay through J&L Management, which allows your monthly HOA fee to be deducted automatically without the need to write checks.
